Q: What is Vehicle Tracking?

Q: Will Trakm8prime work with my vehicle?

A: You can use our compatibility checker to find out instantly if Trakm8prime will work with your vehicle.

Q: Where does the device fit into my vehicle?

A: The device fits into the OBD port of your vehicle. The location is shown when using our compatibility checker.

Q: What is an OBD port?

A: The OBD port is the On-Board Diagnostics port (commonly known as the brain of the vehicle); this is where the telematics device or a mechanic gains access to all vehicle data, including speed, RPM, faults and much more.

Q: How do I fit the tracking device?

A: Once you have located the OBD Port, simply plug the T10 Micro in. It’s that simple. If you are unsure of where your OBD port is, use our vehicle checker, or refer to your vehicle handbook.

Q: How do I log onto Prime Portal?

A: Once you have bought Trakm8prime you will be sent login details for the Prime Portal. Once you have received your device(s), simply go to and you’re ready to login and get started with Trakm8prime.

Q: How do I download the Prime app?

A: You can download the Prime app from the App Store for iOS devices and from the Google Play Store for Android devices.  Links are shown below:-

A: Should you wish to cancel your subscription to Trakm8prime you can do so within our 30 day no risk cancellation period. Simply contact our team on

device(s), and offer you a refund for your first month.
